(CercleFinance.com) – On the occasion of its combined general meeting, Vetoquinol announced Thursday that Etienne Frechin will resign from his position as chairman of the board of directors, with effect from July 1, while remaining a director.
The Board of Directors then appointed Managing Director Matthieu Frechin as the new Chairman. He will assume this role from July 1, marking the third generation at the head of the animal health group.
Etienne Frechin, son of Joseph Frechin, founder of Vetoquinol, has spent his entire professional career in the laboratory where he successively held the positions of production manager, general manager, CEO and then chairman of the board.
