At 32, Vianney is one of the French’s favorite singers… Since the release of his first album, White ideas, in 2014, the artist had a string of hits. For his fourth album, he managed to land duets with the biggest stars. In At 2, at 3, released Friday November 10, 2023, the young dad sings with Zazie, Kendji Girac, Mika, Florent Pagny, Soprano, but also Renaud. Very fan of the interpreter of winner Mistralit’s on Julia Vignali’s microphone, on Europe 1which Vianney confided: “It’s huge for me, I’m not going to pretend“before assuring that it was “less impressive to go and sing with Ed Sheeran than with Renaud”. And for good reason, for him, Renaud is part of “what marks our childhood and stays with us throughout life”. While the artist agreed to sing the duet NOW at his side, the coach of The Voice has slipped : “Obviously, when I’m next to him and he sings my words, for me it’s overwhelming“.
Vianney: “It translates into tears”

I filmed myself because I wanted a little souvenir of this moment when I was with him and in the studio, I was overcome by the emotion of hearing him sing words that I had just said.”, he confided. After talking for a moment “a bit surreal”he added: “In addition, he has this mischievous eye, he has this permanent generosity, which is always there. So Renaud is overwhelming, even if you’re sitting next to him and nothing’s happening. So, obviously, when he starts singing on a song that you two are going to perform, it’s beyond overwhelming.”.
