Cell phone videos show abuse
These videos, which the prosecutor calls “disturbing and reprehensible”. They show exactly what the 17-year-old and his 45-year-old father did with her, which in legal German is called “serious sexual abuse of a defenseless person”. She also didn’t notice that two other party guests, who were also asleep but woke up, tried to push the men away.
