“Victor” Kouchner files a complaint for the first time against his stepfather Olivier Duhamel: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

This is without a doubt the back-to-school book. Not just for the quality of the writing, but also for what it says. What he reveals about a famous French family says a lot about our society and the silence that reigns around incest. In La Familia Grande, published Thursday January 7, 2021 by Editions du Seuil, the lawyer Camille Kouchner accuses her father-in-law, the constitutionalist Olivier Duhamel, of having abused his twin brother – nicknamed "Victor" to protect his anonymity – during incestuous sexual assaults . The author writes in it that Olivier Duhamel subjected “Blowjobs” to his stepson from the age of 13, and this for several years. His book went so far as to push Emmanuel Macron to speak out on the subject of child crime via a video posted on social networks, and even “Paralyzed” the Elysee. Only here, the facts are prescribed today. For lack of trial, Olivier Duhamel therefore remains, for the time being, presumed innocent. The Paris public prosecutor's office, however, opened a preliminary investigation on Tuesday, January 5, the aim being to discover possible new victims and to verify the limitation periods.

Olivier Duhamel's lawyer declined to comment

Tuesday, January 26, new information, of size, came to be added to the file: Victor, Camille Kouchner's twin brother, filed a complaint for the first time against his stepfather Olivier Duhamel, as his lawyer said in a press release sent to the AFP. “In the context of the 'Duhamel case', the alleged victim informed, through his lawyer, Maître Jacqueline Laffont, that she had filed a complaint against her ex-father-in-law, Mr. Olivier Duhamel following the opening of a preliminary investigation by the Paris prosecutor's office”, Can we read on the press release. "Victor" Kouchner, now 45, was interviewed on January 21 by police officers from the Youth Protection Brigade in charge of the investigation for "rape and sexual assault by a person with authority over a 15-year-old. ” Camille Kouchner's brother had already been questioned during a first procedure, opened in 2011, after the tragic and mysterious death of her aunt, the actress Marie-France Pisier, who had done everything to protect the siblings and denounce Olivier Duhamel. At the time, however, "Victor" Kouchner refused to file a complaint for these allegedly time-barred facts. The investigation had been closed. For his part, Olivier Duhamel resigned in early January from all his functions. His lawyer Frédérique Baulieu – who also defended Dominique Strauss-Kahn – declined to comment.
