Victoria 3 is a highly advanced socio-economic and political simulation that strives to accurately represent the world’s population through a century of major technological and social upheaval. • An advanced societal simulation – Each inhabitant of a nation is simulated, whether farmer or employee, capitalist or craftsman. Everyone has personal beliefs, political preferences and, above all, a standard of living to maintain.
  • An economic challenge – Players will have to develop their economy by creating new industries and institutions, by trading their surplus goods on the many markets of the world and by importing what their population needs to live.
  • of diplomacy – Anything that can be won through war can also be won at the negotiating table. Players will be able to request support from their allies, while putting pressure on weaker or rival nations.
  • Politics – Players will have to manage the different political factions of their country through laws and reforms. Will they be able to improve the lives of their citizens, even if it involves the wrath of established authorities?
  • A living world – The world map will change over the years as new railroads connect burgeoning towns, many of which were just hamlets decades ago.
