Although they seem as united as ever, rumors of a 2016 divorce have recently resurfaced. They were relayed by the writer Tom Bower in his book The House of Beckham: Money, Sex and Power.
Faced with the turmoil, the former international football player sent a tender message to his partner on Instagram, on the occasion of Father’s Day. He posted a photo of their four children, as well as a photo of his father, and wrote the following message of thanks, addressed to the woman of his life: “My greatest achievement in life is my children, thank you @victoriabeckham for giving me these incredible people to love. Always remember how much Dad loves you all. Happy Father’s Day, Dad! Have an amazing day! I love you !”

Rumors of separations revealed
It’s in his work The House of Beckham: Money, Sex and Power in French) published in three installments in The Mirror, that author Tom Bower made surprising revelations about the Beckhams. He notably revealed that they had experienced a real crisis in 2016 and that they had been on the verge of separation. David Beckham had also given an interview to an Australian channel. He then said that his marriage required “hard work”. Tom Bower then wrote in his book about this episode: “Without advance warning, Victoria watched the interview on her cell phone in disbelief. It was as if a nuclear bomb had gone off. Her husband’s disloyalty baffled her.” If such a mishap happened to the Beckham couple, it now seems to be part of the past
