Tensions between Victoria Beckham and her daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz Beckham have been reported for several weeks. But now the designer directs loving words to the wife of her son Brooklyn.
After Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, 23, and Nicola Peltz Beckham, 27, said yes at a three-day luxury wedding, there is said to have been a rift between Nicola and her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham, 48. The reason: Instead of a creation by her mother-in-law, Nicola chose a haute couture dress by Valentino for her wedding day. A few weeks ago, Nicola spoke publicly about the dispute and revealed to the US magazine “Grazia” that she was looking forward to wearing a design by Victoria as a wedding dress, but she had jumped off at short notice.
Recently, however, the Beckham family got together at Paris Fashion Week to support Victoria with her show. In this context, the former “Spice Girls” singer loses kind words about her daughter-in-law for the first time.

On Friday, September 30, 2022, Victoria Beckham presented her new designs at Paris Fashion Week. At the show, her husband David, 47, and children Romeo, 20, Cruz, 17, and Harper, 11, naturally sat in the front row. Brooklyn and his wife Nicola also joined in: a clear sign of unity after all the headlines about family tensions.
Victoria is also forgiving and posts numerous impressions of the exciting day, including a family photo showing, among other things, her eldest son and his sweetheart. “I love you all so much!” Writes the 48-year-old. The fashion designer also shares a snap of her parents Jackie and Anthony Adams posing arm in arm with Brooklyn and Nicola on her Instagram Story – and adds heart emojis. It seems like Victoria and Nicola have finally gotten over their differences.

David Beckham made a clear announcement to Brooklyn
David Beckham could also have contributed to this. A few days before the fashion show, the former footballer is said to have had a serious word with his eldest son, as “Daily Mail” reported. David did not like that Nicola addressed the disputes in an interview. “We don’t do that in this family,” he reportedly told Brooklyn, adding, “What happens next is up to you, but we’re done with the drama.” Apparently his words had an effect.
