While the investigators follow a new lead to try to unravel the mystery of the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, Me Mourad Battikh, lawyer for the uncle and aunt of the alleged victim, delivers new elements on the personality of the suspect, to the antenna of Télématin.
Since the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, Cédric Jubillar is at the center of all attention. From his personality, to his associations, through his paternity, the investigators carefully study the profile of the suspect. The day after the resumption of excavations, following to the recent revelations of a former cellmate of Cédric Jubillar, Me Mourad Battikh, lawyer for the uncle and aunt of Delphine Jubillar, depicts the suspect as a violent man, immersed in a toxic marriage. “Cédric Jubillar had a perfectly toxic relationship with Delphine. We know that he was violent towards his wife, that he was jealous…”, says the lawyer in Telematin, this Tuesday, January 18.
Yes Cédric Jubillar boasted of being a caring father, who takes care of her children with care, going so far as to assert that Delphine was a bad mother, Me Mourad Battikh delivers a very different version. “We know that he was violent towards children. He could have been physically violent with them, and he was violent, at least verbally, with Delphine“, adds the lawyer. According to the elements of the current investigation, the Jubillar spouses “were locked in a toxic relationship”. And if the victim who had a lover, “wanted to get out of this relationship”, not being very far from “end of the tunnel”, she won’t see “likely never the end”.
Cédric Jubillar “in manipulation from the start”
One year later the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, with no body, no crime scene, the investigation stalls. For the time being, if no clue confirms the guilt of Cédric Jubillar, many are those who describe him as a manipulator, who plays with investigators, like his relatives. “He doesn’t tell the whole truth. He’s been in a manipulation from the start. Indeed, he couldn’t bear to imagine his life without Delphine, and I have the feeling that in the end, if he wasn’t the one who could stay with Delphine, and that he could have a kind of property on her, well no one would have it”, detailed Mr Mourad Battikh.
