VIDEO – Disappearance of Émile, this hypothesis swept away: “I don’t really believe in it”

A scenario considered unlikely. On the occasion of third birthday of Émile, who disappeared on July 8 while he was under the supervision of his maternal grandparents, the little boy’s mother decided to speak out in the columns ofChristian family. To our colleagues, Marie Vedovini thus expressed her pain, but also her convictions regarding the position in which her child would now find herself: “Since July 8, we live between hope and despondency. After looking for him in vain for weeks, given the configuration of the place, we became certain that our little Émile was victim of kidnapping or accident.” Friday November 24, on the set ofC to youthe first idea mentioned by the mother was however dismissed by today’s guest.

On the air of France 5, Dominique Rizet, journalist and presenter of the showLet the accused enter, therefore expressed some doubts about the kidnapping hypothesis. “You’ve been talking about bodies and death since earlier, is there even a slight hope that he’s still alive somewhere?” Émilie Tran Nguyen first questioned him. And the interested party looks into the subject in detail: “I want to say yes to you in principle. The good news would be thata person in need of a child kidnapped Émile, and then took him with her, kept him somewhere, pampers him in the eveninggives him food, loves him as if he were his own child… It can exist, but me I don’t really believe in it.

Is the call from Émile’s mother really effective?

In the pages ofChristian familyMarie Vedovini multiplied her pleas to find her little Émile, not hesitating to speak directly to the person or people who have the truth: “Today we want to address the one where those who know what happened to him. If it was an accident, maybe you panicked. If you have done something irreparable, perhaps you regret it. Perhaps you fear the consequences and don’t know how to get out of it? We can understand all this, but we appeal to your heart!”And added: “Give it back to us! Don’t leave us without a grave to collect us![…]You can do all this in a thousand ways. Even anonymously without having to report you.

Could testimonies be triggered by this call?” asked Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine of her guest of the day. Unfortunately, these heartbreaking words from Émile’s mother might not receive the desired response, as Dominique Rizet contemplated with desolation: “I do not believe it. In any case, if there is a single author who has hidden things so well and who has remained silent so well for so long, since July 8, that’s one hundred and thirty-eight days, well, this one won’t speak.”And continues: “On the other hand, if someone around them knows, can that person come forward? That means denouncing him and I’m not sure that works…
