VIDEO “I still have a heavy heart”: Julien Lepers evokes the death of Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff in TPMP

Monday January 10, Julien Lepers attended the ceremony organized at the Madeleine, in Paris, in honor of Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff. On the TPMP set a few hours later, he shared his “total sadness” : “I still have a heavy heart”.

They lived together, they left together. Grichka and Igor Bogdanoff died of Covid-19, just six days apart. The first died on December 28, the second on January 3. In a coma, Igor Bogdanoff never knew that his brother Grichka had left before him. They were seventy-two years old. They will be buried on Wednesday January 12, in the Gers, in the South of France. But, before the ceremony which will be celebrated in private, a tribute was organized at the Church of the Madeleine in Paris, Monday January 10. The coffins were brought to the heart of the religious building where Julien Lepers, friends of the twins, was notably present. A few hours later, on the set of Do not touch My TV, he did not hide his “total sadness”.

Julien Lepers moved: “I regret, during their lifetime, not having told them enough that we loved them”

I still have a heavy heart, declared Julien Lepers, very moved, adding that it had been “terrible to see these two coffins, the whole family and a mad world in Madeleine”. “When we got to know them as well as you and I did – we did a lot of shows together – the least we could do was get there and think of them.” The presenter of Questions for a champion continued : I regret, during their lifetime, not having told them enough that we loved them. ” A little later in the show, he returned to the ceremony at the Madeleine: “I was on the verge of tears earlier”, he confided. “It’s very, very hard when you’ve gotten to know them well. And then they leave together, six days apart, it’s incredible…”
