“We left the roomshe said. Johnny left before me. There had been a storm. Leaving the room, I fell down the stairs and hurt my back. I screamed because I didn’t know what had just happened to me and I was in a lot of pain. Johnny came running to help me, carried me to my room and called a doctor.” Installed at the defense table, Amber Heard appeared stoic, casting a murderous look at the one who simply destroyed part of her own testimony against Depp.

On May 5, during his own intervention at the helm, the star ofAquaman mentioned the rumor that Depp had been violent with Moss when they were together. “I immediately thought of Kate Moss on the stairs and kicked her.“, she said, as she recounted a violent altercation between her and her ex-husband dating back to 2015. By calling Moss to the stand, the Depp clan hopes not only to discredit Heard’s speech, but also to show that Johnny Depp has never been violent with his previous partners.

The defamation lawsuit filed by Depp, which is seeking $50 million in damages from Heard, will end on Friday, May 27.
