His testimony was announced on Monday. This Wednesday, May 25, the British model, Kate Moss, was called to the stand during the defamation lawsuit between her ex-boyfriend, Johnny Depp, and Amber Heard. Questioned for less than three minutes by Benjamin Chew, Johnny Depp’s lawyer, the 48-year-old star demolished the rumor that her ex-boyfriend pushed her down the stairs during a vacation in Jamaica in the 1990s. “He never pushed me, hit me or threw me down the stairs,” assured the model, after describing in detail the events that occurred at the time:
“We left the roomshe said. Johnny left before me. There had been a storm. Leaving the room, I fell down the stairs and hurt my back. I screamed because I didn’t know what had just happened to me and I was in a lot of pain. Johnny came running to help me, carried me to my room and called a doctor.” Installed at the defense table, Amber Heard appeared stoic, casting a murderous look at the one who simply destroyed part of her own testimony against Depp.

By calling Moss to the stand, the Depp clan hopes not only to discredit Heard’s speech, but also to show that Johnny Depp has never been violent with his previous partners.
The defamation lawsuit filed by Depp, which is seeking $50 million in damages from Heard, will end on Friday, May 27.
