Terest start to the year for French series lovers. HBO series, considered “the cream of the crop” of the genre, are no longer available on OCS, the Orange channel package available in France. This is due to the end of the agreement between the telecom operator and the American channel HBO. Since 1er January, approximately 3 million OCS subscribers no longer have access to around sixty series. Among them, TheWire, Six Feet Under, The Sopranos, Game Of Thrones, Sex and the Citybut also Successionof which only season 3 can be seen.

Since the creation of OCS in 2008, 15 years ago, HBO content has been its main subscription lever. The streaming platform, which has always been loss-making – it would have accumulated more than 400 million losses since…
