Video: That's why it's twice as worthwhile to just be grateful

Gratitude makes our lives better – in the video you can see what specific consequences it has for body and health, more often to see what is actually going well.

Gratitude is not exactly easy these days – after all, a lot went very badly in 2020, and the year is not over yet. It's no wonder that many of us aren't feeling particularly grateful right now. But in fact, especially in times of crisis, it is more important than ever not to lose sight of the beautiful things in life.

… and everything suddenly gets better

Unfortunately, we humans are programmed in such a way that negative thoughts settle much more firmly in our heads than positive ones. Often this can pull us into a downward spiral, in which optimism and feelings of happiness no longer have any place. Conversely, however, there are many advantages for us if we repeatedly focus on how many things are actually going really well – not only for our emotional world, but also very tangibly for our health. In the video you can see why gratitude needs more space in our everyday life.
