Not easy to navigate with four girls! A candidate from The best bakery on M6 made the bitter experience of it, this January 13, by tangling the brushes when presenting these particular collaborators to the two presenters of the culinary competition.
Here’s one who got himself into quite a mess. Thierry, a 43-year-old artisan baker, was particularly proud to show his shop to Norbert Tarayre and Bruno Cormerais, jurors of the show The best bakery on M6. Two fine gourmets who roam France in search of workers able to reflect one of the finest aspects of French gastronomy.
In the department of Eure, they found a beautiful establishment run by this sweet daddy, who multiplies the bread rolls and other pastries in the company of his four daughters. A work in family which the interested party welcomes: “Working as a family is great! There’s nothing better than working with your daughters. Besides, they are adorable as hell and see the four all the time here, it’s really good“.
When Thierry confuses his two eldest daughters
Each of her kids has a very specific role in her bakery: Estelle (30) is the manager, Gaëlle (29) is in charge of communication, Léa (25) officiates as a saleswoman, while what Léa (12 years old) puts her hand in the dough while waiting to blow out a few more candles.
But this particular collaboration can lead to a confusion of genres, Thierry not escaping the dumpling when presenting the fruit of his entrails to the two presenters of the culinary competition. The trader confused his two eldest children and called his daughter Estelle…”Gaelle“, before quickly realizing his mistake.
