War veteran Tom Moore was even knighted for his selfless service.
His charity run in the garden made the 100-year-old world famous. 32 million pounds were raised for caregivers in the corona pandemic – now Tom Moore himself has died after suffering from corona disease.

Queen Elizabeth knighted him
And that not only made him world famous, because the Queen herself knighted the war veteran last year for his service.
Now Tom Moore has died with his family himself after a corona illness. He had not yet been vaccinated because of the pneumonia medication.
