(AOF) – Viel et Cie rose 0.48% to 10.45 euros on the Paris stock exchange. The investment company recorded consolidated turnover for the first quarter, up 5.2% at constant exchange rates and 3% at variable exchange rates to reach 299 million euros. In April 2024, Compagnie Financière Tradition’s activities recorded strong growth at constant exchange rates compared to April 2023.
“The financial situation of the Group has not experienced any significant change since the publication of its 2023 annual financial report,” specifies a press release.
Viel & Cie includes three areas of activity in the field of finance: Compagnie Financière Tradition, present in more than 30 countries, third global player in the professional intermediation sector with nearly 2,600 employees worldwide, Bourse Direct , a major player in the online stock market in France, and a 40% equity-accounted stake in SwissLife Banque Privée, present in the private banking sector in France.
