Vinci: agreement for the acquisition of RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht in the Netherlands

(Boursier.com) — The group Vinci and its branch VINCI Energies announced the signing of an agreement to acquire RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht in the Netherlands, a group of two companies specializing in the maritime sector, owned by the same shareholder.

RH Marine is an integrator of electrical systems and automation systems for the maritime sector. Bakker Sliedrecht is an integrator specializing in the design, installation and maintenance of onboard electrical systems as well as onshore electrical infrastructure for the nautical, dredging and offshore sectors, as well as onshore electrical infrastructure. The two companies represent a turnover close to 160 million euros achieved in 2023 by 620 employees.

The transaction will be notified to the ACM, the Dutch competition authority, for finalization expected before the end of the year.
