(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on September 5, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Vinci and held 5,001 % of capital and voting rights.
The American asset management juggernaut specifies that this crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Vinci shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
