(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that it crossed downwards, on August 31, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Vinci and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 29,538,532 Vinci shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.94% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market sale of Vinci shares and a reduction in the number of Vinci shares held as collateral.
