MEXICO CITY, July 31 (Reuters) – Center Nord Airport Group (OMA), which administers and operates airports in central and northern Mexico, said on Sunday that Vinci had reached a deal worth nearly $815 million dollars with Fintech Advisory to buy out its 29.9% stake in OMA.
The transaction must still receive regulatory approval, OMA said in a statement.
