(CercleFinance.com) – Vinci Energies announced yesterday that it has acquired OPAL Associates BV (OPAL), a company based in Nijmegen in the Netherlands.
The company specializes in supply chain optimization, thereby strengthening Vinci Energies’ industrial portfolio with logistics solutions.
OPAL provides IT solutions for optimization, tracking and tracing and management of warehouses and transport of goods, automatic identification (barcode and RFID systems), as well as mobile data collection solutions.
Thanks to these solutions, OPAL supports its customers in their digital transition. They are present with customers in the logistics, transport, industrial production, wholesale trade, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. OPAL will continue its activities under the Actemium brand in the near future.
