(CercleFinance.com) – Vinci announces that the shareholders of Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage (SMTPC) will be able to tender their shares to the simplified tender offer initiated by VINCI Concessions and Eiffage, at a price of 27 euros per April 14, 2022 to May 6, 2022 (included).
VINCI Concessions and Eiffage (as co-initiators) filed a draft Offer with the AMF on 15 December.
Acquisitions of SMTPC shares by the co-initiators will be financed entirely from their own funds and the corresponding shares will be divided between VINCI Concessions and Eiffage.
