(CercleFinance.com) – Société de la Tour Eiffel announces the acquisition from VINCI Immobilier of a mixed and reversible real estate complex of 3,900 m² located in the heart of Part-Dieu in Lyon (69), as part of a a Sale in the Future State of Completion (VEFA).
Called ‘Manufacture’, this program will offer 2,000 m² of offices that can be converted into housing, 1,300 m² of living space divided into 19 apartments and 600 m² of shops on the ground floor, including a restaurant.
Designed by the firm PietriArchitectes, the building is aiming for ambitious certifications, including HQE Sustainable Building, level ‘Excellent’, specifies the Société de la Tour Eiffel.
