(CercleFinance.com) – Vinci has signed a contract for repair work on a hydroelectric power station in Laos.
Nam Theun 2 Power Company-NTPC entrusted teams from Freyssinet (Vinci Construction) with the repair of a concrete siphon at a hydroelectric power station in Laos.
“There will be up to 160 people involved in the project during the busiest phase, and work will start in November and last three months,” the group says.
The solution proposed by Freyssinet is mainly based on the spraying of 300 cubic meters of concrete specially designed to withstand particularly acidic water.
