(CercleFinance.com) – Vinci Energies announces the acquisition of TLT-Building and TLT-Connection, two Finnish multi-technical expertise companies providing global solutions for electricity and telecommunications network operators.
These companies combine a long experience of infrastructures with a territorial anchorage extended to the whole of Finland.
This new acquisition enables Vinci Energies to extend its network throughout Finland by integrating complementary skills such as the construction of high voltage overhead lines and telecommunications infrastructure.
