(CercleFinance.com) – Vinci announces the successful placement by ASF (Autoroutes du Sud de la France) of a bond issue of 700 million euros maturing in January 2033, with an annual coupon of 3.25%.
This issue allows ASF to extend the average maturity of its debt under good conditions given the current market environment.
‘The operation, oversubscribed 1.5 times, confirms the markets’ confidence in the credit quality of the company, rated A- by Standard & Poor’s with a stable outlook, and A3 by Moody’s with a stable outlook’ indicates the group.
