(CercleFinance.com) – The concert composed of Vinci and Eiffage declared to the AMF to have crossed upwards, on May 11, the thresholds of two thirds of the capital and voting rights of SMTPC (Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado -Fairing) and hold 68.31% of the capital and voting rights.
This crossing of thresholds results from the acquisition of shares within the framework of the public offer initiated by Vinci Concessions and Eiffage. On this occasion, Eiffage and Vinci both individually exceeded the threshold of one third of the capital and voting rights of SMTPC.
