(CercleFinance.com) – Vinci Immobilier indicates that it has signed with the DOLIAM group a promise of Sale in Future Completion (VEFA) for the rehabilitation of the General Store of Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, in Indre-et- Loire, to create a ‘MedTech Industrial Campus’.
This project, which will require major decontamination which will last several months, will be completely rehabilitated and renatured to accommodate an industrial accelerator, tertiary and catering spaces as well as ancillary premises, and three hectares of green spaces.
Ultimately, the site’s activities will create more than 1,000 jobs and position the MedTech Industrial Campus as an integrated player in local sectors and open internationally. The start of the works is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.
