(CercleFinance.com) – Vinci Construction has won the second lot for the northern bypass of the city of Prešov, Slovakia’s third largest city.
The work involves a total amount of more than 330 million euros (including 34% for Vinci Construction, the consortium’s leader).
They include the construction of 12 bridges, a 2 km tunnel and 10 km of 2 x 2 lane road. They will start in September 2023 for a duration of approximately four years.
‘This new section will finalize the bypass of Prešov from the north, making it possible to streamline traffic and reduce journey times’ indicates the group.
