A 20-year-old young woman received several stab wounds on the night of Tuesday March 1 to Wednesday March 2 in Viroflay (Yvelines), learned Le Figaro from a source familiar with the matter, confirming information from the site News 17 .

The facts took place around 3 a.m. on Avenue du Général-Leclerc, the main artery of Viroflay, where the young woman was walking with two friends while holding her mobile phone in her hand. The small group then came across a hooded individual wearing a surgical mask. The latter rushed on the young woman to try to seize her phone.
Faced with resistance from the victim, the attacker took out a knife and struck him several blows, notably in the abdomen, before fleeing with his phone. Injured, the young woman was taken care of by the firefighters. His vital prognosis is not engaged. An investigation is underway to find the attacker.
