(AOF) – Visa has announced the appointment of Ryan McInerney as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2023. He will succeed Alfred F. Kelly, Jr, who has served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer since 2016 and Chairman since 2019. Following the appointment of Ryan McInerney, Alfred F. Kelly, Jr will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board.
