(AOF) – Visiativ has unveiled a net result, group share, multiplied by 6.5 to 9.7 million euros in 2021 and an Ebitda up 55% to 22.1 million euros. It thus posted an Ebitda margin of 10.3% against 7.5% in 2020. Already published, the IT group’s consolidated turnover stood at 214.4 million euros, up 13% (+12% organically).

In view of this performance, the Board of Directors of March 18, 2022 decided, for the first time in the history of Visiativ, to propose to shareholders, during the general meeting of May 25, 2022, the payment of a dividend of €0.45 per share in cash for the 2021 financial year.

In line with the objectives of the Catalyst strategic plan, Visiativ approaches the 2022 financial year with confidence and has confirmed its objective of an Ebitda of 30 million euros by 2023.
