(CercleFinance.com) – Visiativ and XEFI announce that they have entered into exclusive negotiations for the sale of Visiativ Managed Services, an IT infrastructure and hosting provider.
According to Visiativ, this operation marks the strengthening of the partnership with XEFI, the leading French group for VSEs/SMEs in the field of IT and associated services (maintenance, cloud, outsourcing, security).
This partnership will allow Visiativ to refocus on its core business of Consulting and Software Publishing, while relying on a partner of choice for the IT infrastructure activity.
This operation thus accelerates the respective development of the offers of the XEFI and Visiativ groups, in order to continue supporting their common target: VSEs/SMEs and ETIs.
The operation would be carried out by selling 100% of the capital of Visiativ Managed Services to the XEFI group.
