(CercleFinance.com) – The software publisher and integrator Visiativ publishes net income group share of 11.1 million euros for 2022, up 14%, and an EBITDA margin of 11% against 10.3% in 2021, thus signing ‘a new record profitability’.
It saw its turnover increase by 21% to 258.8 million (+11% organically), marking another year of double-digit organic growth across all activities. Annual recurring revenue from SaaS subscriptions increased by 37%.
With 30.6 million euros in EBITDA on a proforma basis, 2022 has thus made it possible to achieve, a year ahead of schedule, the EBITDA target set at the start of 2020 when the Catalyst plan was launched and thus materialize a new milestone in financial performance.
In view of this performance, the Board of Directors of March 20 decided to propose to shareholders, during the General Meeting of May 25, the payment of a dividend of 1.10 euros per share in cash for 2022. .
