(Boursier.com) — Visiativ recorded a 2022 EBITDA of 28.4 ME, up +29% year-on-year. Visiativ signs its best profitability, with an EBITDA margin of 11% against 10.3% in 2021.
On a proforma basis, by consolidating all of the year’s acquisitions over the entire financial year, proforma EBITDA amounts to €30.6 million, allowing Visiativ to reach from 2022, with one year of advance, the objective of 30 ME initially set for 2023 as part of the CATALYST plan.
At the end of the 2022 financial year, the digital transformation specialist’s consolidated turnover stood at 258.8 ME, up +21% compared to last year.
After taking into account net depreciation and amortization, 2022 operating income stood at 19 ME, up +27% compared to 2021, representing an operating margin of 7.3% (7% in 2021).
The group share of net income amounted to 11.1 ME, up +14%, representing an annual net margin of 4.3%. It will be proposed to the general meeting of May 25, 2023 the payment of a dividend of 1.1 euro per share in cash.
Visiativ indicates that it is approaching the 2023 financial year with confidence and intends to accelerate its growth by making new accretive acquisitions. In September 2023, the group will present its new longer-term ambitions and its new strategic plan.
