As part of the All Visiativ plan aimed at strengthening the employee experience, Visiativ is pleased to announce the success of the 2023 campaign for the employee shareholding plan, addressed to all of its employees who are members of the employee savings plan in France.

In the wake of the 2022 edition, this second campaign of the employee share ownership program, which took place from April 27 to May 12, 2023, is a new success with a participation rate of

eligible employees, including those from companies that joined Visiativ in 2022. This is therefore

more than one in two employees

who chose to participate in this new operation and to invest in the company via the Visiativ Actionnariat mutual fund (FCPE), proof of a strong sign of the teams’ confidence in the company.

In total, a little over €1 million was therefore invested by employees during this campaign, through a reserved capital increase and the sale of existing treasury shares. Following this operation, the ownership of employees through the FCPE Visiativ Actionnariat represents 2.89% of the capital of the company against 1.97% before the operation, thus bringing the employee shareholding to 6.37% of the capital. of Visiativ, including employees and managers who also hold directly registered shares.
