VISIOMED GROUP: VISIOMED GROUP confirms its eligibility for PEA-PME – 10/25/2023 at 6:30 p.m.

VISIOMED GROUP (FR0013481835 – ALVMG), a group dedicated to innovative health technologies and services, confirms that it complies with all the PEA-PME eligibility criteria specified by the implementing decree dated March 4, 2014 (decree no. 2014-283 ). Companies with fewer than 5,000 employees whose annual turnover is less than 1.5 billion euros or whose balance sheet total is less than 2 billion euros are eligible.

Consequently, VISIOMED GROUP shares can be integrated into PEA-PME accounts, which, as a reminder, benefit from the same tax advantages as the traditional stock savings plan (PEA).
