Visiomed suspends its listing

(AOF) – Visiomed, a group dedicated to innovative health technologies and services, announces the suspension of its listing following the press release published by BewellConnect. “This suspension of trading is in order to allow us to communicate quickly”, he wishes to specify. Visiomed Group firmly denies all of the defamatory allegations contained in Bewellthy’s press release.

“Our 2022 accounts are audited, our Board of Directors resolutions and agreements within the joint venture Bewellthy, holding 100% of BewellConnect, have been and are still being carried out in due form”, indicates a press release from Visiomed.

And to continue: “The false publication of the leaders of BewellConnect, the week of August 15, the day before a weekend and by an unlisted company, is only intended to undermine Visiomed Group”.
Visiomed Group will take “the necessary legal measures against the persons who published and relayed these false statements”.

Visiomed Group now intends to “reassure its shareholders of its good financial and operational health, as shown by the publication of our turnover for the first half of 2023, up 41%”.

Visiomed Group will communicate Monday, August 21 before opening in a more substantial way “in order to respond point by point to the denigrations to which it is subject”.
