(AOF) – As part of the proposed public takeover bid announced by Vivendi SE, the Board of Directors of Lagardère has decided, on the proposal of its ad hoc Committee, to appoint Eight as independent expert. Advisory represented by Geoffroy Bizard, who will lead the work with the support of Alexis Karklins-Marchay. The independent expert will be responsible for preparing a report including a fairness opinion on the financial conditions of the proposed offer. The ad hoc committee will monitor the expert’s work.
Vivendi offers 24.10 euros per Lagardère share.
