PARIS, May 19 (Reuters) – Vivendi VIV.PA, controlled by Vincent Bolloré, announced on Thursday a new team for its management board from June 24, with the appointment of François Laroze as its new chief financial officer.

The French media giant indicates that François Laroze will retain his position as financial director at Havas.

“The entire Supervisory Board is very pleased to welcome new members to a renewed Executive Board around Arnaud de Puyfontaine, its Chairman,” said Yannick Bolloré, Chairman of the Vivendi Supervisory Board, quoted in a press release.

As part of this reshuffle, Claire Léost, President of Prisma Media, will join the Executive Board as well as Céline Merle-Béral, who will be appointed Director of Human Resources Strategy and Corporate Culture at Vivendi.

Céline Merle-Béral ​​will keep her functions at Havas, with an adjusted organization, specifies Vivendi.

Maxime Saada, the chairman of the management board of the Canal+ group, will also join the management board of Vivendi.
