A third part of "Kill Bill" has been speculated for some time. Vivica A. Fox is now explaining who she wants to play the leading role.
In "Kill Bill: Vol. 1" Vivica A. Fox (55) aka Vernita Green was killed by the bride (Uma Thurman, 50) in the opening scene. A potential third part is about Green's daughter, who wants to avenge her mother's death. And for this role, the actress can only imagine one: all-rounder Zendaya (23). She said this in an interview with "NME".
Director Quentin Tarantino (57) has indicated several times that there should be "Kill Bill: Vol. 3". Already in 2004 he said in an interview with "Entertainment Weekly": "The star will be Vernita Green's daughter Nikki. I already have all the mythology: Sofie Fatale will get all the money from Bill. She will raise Nikki who will do it with the bride Nikki deserves her revenge just as much as the bride deserved hers. "
"Kill Bill Vol. 3": Tarantino's last film?
Vivica A. Fox is hopeful: "I said: Zendaya! How hot would that be? And that would probably give the project the green light." She hopes to be able to convince Tarantino – and that a decision would lead to the filming of Vol. 3 starting quickly. The film could then potentially be the director's last, because in the past he often stressed that he was planning to retire after his tenth project. His 2019 film "Once Upon A Time in Hollywood" was already his ninth film.
