Vodafone customers have to prepare for a disruption on Tuesday morning. There are problems with the DSL connection, among other things, but there are still problems in another area.
Since Monday morning we have been receiving constant reports from several hundred Vodafone users complaining about problems with the telecommunications company’s services. On Tuesday morning the number of those affected continued to rise.
Above all, we are reported to be having difficulties with the DSL connection, which is affecting the Internet connection. A portion of the reports that should not be underestimated are also due to problems with the television connection. The reason for this may be the ongoing changeover of Vodafone Kabel’s TV frequencies.
The cause of the internet problems is still unknown
However, it is currently not known what the reason for Vodafone’s internet problems is. Since the disruption has been going on for a long time, it could last for the next few hours. In our Vodafone fault report you can see what the current problems are.
We recommend that you test your television and DSL connection again from time to time and see whether everything is working smoothly again. Apparently not all users are affected by the disruption.
