Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken: Users report three major problems

Around Monday noon, the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken apparently experienced some serious disruptions, as several hundred users reported to us via our banking service malfunction reporter. According to the reports, three areas in particular are affected.

Among other things, the app is currently no longer working properly and there are also increasing problems with customer login. Recently, online banking is apparently also affected. It is currently not known when the disruption will be resolved and what caused the problems.

N26 and Postbank users also have problems

Incidentally, the online banking service N26, whose users also have to show strong nerves, was also hit at about the same time. In addition, there may be difficulties in using Postbank in particular, as maintenance work is currently taking place there.
