(CercleFinance.com) – Volkswagen unveils the long-wheelbase Buzz ID and clarifies that models for Europe, Canada and the United States will be manufactured in Germany.
Its world premiere is scheduled for June 2 at the surfer hotspot of Huntington Beach on the Pacific Coast Highway near Los Angeles. The vehicle will be unveiled as part of the largest VW Bus festival in the United States.
This tour will continue in Germany in just three weeks with the European debut of ID. Long-wheelbase Buzz at the International VW Bus Festival Hannover – Europe’s biggest VW Bus meetup, taking place June 23-25.
The ID Buzz marks the return of VW buses to North America, this time equipped with electric propulsion.
