(Boursier.com) — Holders of Green OCEANEs issued by Voltalia dated January 13, 2021 and July 29, 2022 are informed that as a result of the capital increase with shareholders’ preferential subscription rights maintained, the conversion/exchange rate (Conversion/Exchange Ratio) will be increased from 1 Voltalia share per Green OCEANE to 1.084 Voltalia share per Green OCEANE from December 7, 2022.
