Voltalia: development of a new complex in Brazil

(CercleFinance.com) – After having developed its large Serra Branca and Canudos complexes in Brazil, Voltalia announces the development of a new photovoltaic complex, with a potential capacity of more than 1.5 gigawatts in the State of Minas Gerais, in the southeast of the country.

For this new complex developed by the group on its own behalf but also on behalf of third parties, Voltalia has already signed partnerships, in particular with CTG Brazil, a reference in terms of clean energy in the country.

After approval, these partners will buy a significant part of the solar sites of the Arinos complex once the development phase of each site has been completed and therefore shortly before the start of construction.

‘Developing large project complexes enables the pooling of infrastructures, connection networks and maintenance. This is beneficial, in particular for the projects retained by Voltalia’, he underlines.
