The renewable energy specialist Voltalia VLTSA.PA reported on Wednesday fourth quarter turnover up 20%, driven in particular by the increase in energy sales.
Turnover stood at 170 million euros in the fourth quarter, compared to 142 million euros over the same period the previous year. In 2023, total turnover is 495.2 million euros, up 6% at current and constant exchange rates.
Energy sales in the fourth quarter increased 16% compared to the same period in 2022, and 23% year-on-year. This increase is due to the increase in its operating capacity, from 1.6 GW to 2.4 GW.
The company confirmed its nominal EBITDA target for 2023 of around €275 million.
