(CercleFinance.com) – The AMF announces that the public share buyback offer (OPRA) filed by Portzamparc (BNP Paribas Group), on behalf of the Voyageurs du Monde tourism group, will be open from June 27 to 16 July inclusive.
The initiator irrevocably undertakes to acquire a maximum of 866,666 shares at a unit price of 150 euros, or 20.06% of its capital, with a view to cancelling them. There are no plans to request the implementation of a mandatory withdrawal or the delisting of the shares.
