(AOF) – Walt Disney announced this Wednesday that the investment company ValueAct Capital will advise him on his strategy in the battle with activist investor Nelson Peltz at the 2024 annual meeting. “ValueAct has a proven track record in “collaboration and cooperation with the companies in which it invests and its co-CEO, Mason Morfit, has been very constructive in the conversations we’ve had over the last year,” said Disney CEO Bob Iger .
