Wanda ("Bologna") released their new single "Jurassic Park" this Friday (October 23rd). The catchy tune is the first single on the upcoming album that the band is currently working on.

In the colorful video, singer Marco Michael Wanda (33) hovers over a city in a crane and with glowing wings and sings "Oh, you're digging your grave in Jurassic Park. (…) I'm looking for you all night in Jurassic Park. (…) Our life is one single chase because of you. (…) We're running away from each other, hopefully you know what you're doing. "

In an interview with FM4, the front man explains that the idea of the chase doesn't necessarily have a deeper meaning: "If anything, I read such an overarching topic: Maybe people miss each other ?! But that's the only thing I can say. Me I don't want to bother with my lyrics either, because I think I'll go crazy then. " The video was made on about six days of shooting "in half of Austria", says Marco Michael Wanda. "I'm just grateful to the team we shot the video with. The scope of the shooting was almost like a feature film."

The band last released the album "Ciao!" In September 2019. released. In summer 2020, drummer Lukas Hasitschka left the band. The tour for the album has been postponed to summer 2021 due to the corona pandemic.
